What items are returnable?

-Items purchased in the last 30 days.

What does the return process look like?

-Returns are accepted within 30 days from the shipping date. Unopened and unused items can be returned for a full refund - including taxes. Used or opened products can be returned for store credit in the full amount paid for the item - including taxes. Original shipping fees will not be refunded.

Is it free to return items?

-Customers are responsible for shipping costs. Kalén & Rose will ONLY pay for the return shipping cost if the product(s) arrived damaged or if we made the mistake by shipping the wrong product.

When will I see my refund?

-Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund/store credit to be issued upon our receipt of the product by our returns department. The refund will be posted to your original payment method.
