All orders must be paid in full before orders can be processed and shipped, unless other payment terms or arrangements have been approved.


We recommend following the MSRP from Kalén & Rose. We will have listed in our most current Wholesale catalog, please request upon account approval. 


Free shipping arrangements can be made for local San Diego County orders. Shipping costs will be calculated and charged at the time of checkout, for orders outside of the San Diego County. All orders are shipped from San Diego, CA. Please notify us if you would like to pay for expedited shipping. 

Kalén & Rose is not responsible for any carrier delays.


All of our products are handmade. Many orders are made to order and are shipped or ready for pick-up/local delivery in 5 to 7 business days. Shipping and delivery times may take additional time.


All wholesale orders are final. We do not offer a buyback program. In the event that a product is received damaged or there is an order discrepancy, an email must be sent within 72 hours upon delivery of the order. In the case of a manufacturing defect, please notify us ASAP so we can exchange the item.


We will gladly provide you with a tea-light sample of any candle, and small containers of our home and body products (tea lights will not come with dye or flowers on top). Please inquire if you’d like testers, along with your shipping address.
