What do I get?
Each month you'll get a box featuring one or more (depending on which box is selected) of our hand selected candles to go with the season.
When do I get my box?
The Kalén & Rose Box ships the first week of each month via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days), or as soon as it's ordered. The Kalén & Rose Box ships monthly, so please be advised your box may take up to 4 weeks to be delivered. You’ll always receive an email confirmation with your tracking information.
When will I be charged?
Your card will first be charged when you initially sign up for a subscription. Your card will then be charged on the 8th of each subsequent month.
How do I cancel?
Once you sign up, you will be able to manage your subscription, which will include the ability to update payment information, change your address, and cancel your auto-renewal completely.
Can I return or get a refund for my subscription?
We do not accept returns or refunds on any of Kalén & Rose Box subscriptions or products within the boxes.
Can I apply a discount code to my subscription order?
The Kalén & Rose Box is not eligible for any discounts with purchase codes at this time.
Do you ship outside of the US?
Sadly, The Kalén & Rose Box can only be shipped within the US at this time.
