Frequently Asked Questions
HOW DO I EARN POINTS?
Customers earn 5 points for every $1 spent on purchases. In addition to earning points through purchases, you can earn bonus points by:
- Signing up: Receive 150 points just for creating an account.
- Following us on Instagram: Earn 50 points for following us on Instagram.
- Entering your birthday: Get 500 points as a birthday reward (make sure to add your birthday to your profile!).
- Leaving a product review: Earn 50 points for every product review submitted via the review request email.
Points are awarded on the subtotal of the order (after discounts, gift cards, and before taxes and shipping).
WHAT IS THE VALUE OF A POINT & DO POINTS EXPIRE?
Customers earn 5 points for every $1 spent. For example:
- Spend $20, earn 100 points.
- Spend $50, earn 250 points.
Points do not expire!
HOW DO I REDEEM MY POINTS?
Open the Pink Points Widget located at the bottom left of the screen on our website.
- Select the reward you’d like to redeem (e.g., a discount).
- You’ll receive an email with your unique discount code.
- Enter the discount code during checkout to apply your reward.
CAN I COMBINE POINTS WITH OTHER DISCOUNTS OR PROMOTIONS?
No, you cannot use multiple discount codes at checkout. If you have points redeemed for a reward, it cannot be combined with other promotional codes.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY POINTS IF I RETURN AN ITEM?
If you return an item or cancel your order, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.
I ENTERED MY BIRTHDAY IN BUT DON'T SEE MY POINTS FOR IT?
Birthday points take 30 days to appear on your account as a fraud prevention measure. If you do not see the points 30 days later, please contact us at (hello@kalenandrose.com)
I LEFT A REVIEW ON A PRODUCT I'VE BOUGHT IN THE PAST BUT DIDN'T RECEIVE POINTS FOR IT?
In order to earn points for a review the review must be submitted via the email you receive from hello@kalenandrose.com
A review request email is sent to the email address used to place the order 14 days after the order is placed. The review points can take up to 7 days to post on your account. If you don't see them after that please reach out to our team and we will be able to help!
I DIDN'T REALIZE I HAD MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS RECEIVING POINTS, CAN I COMBINE THEM?
Yes, you can email our customer support team to have them transfer your points to one primary account of your choosing. Please note this can only be done once and is non-reversible.
